Independent retailer
Chalet Wool is an independent retailer of genuine Hudson's Bay products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hudson's Bay Company or Canadian Tire Corporation. Hudson's Bay and the multi-stripe design are trademarks of their respective owners.

Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed.

Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Liability
